How to Cancel Disney+ (and What Happens to Your Bundle)
Cancelling Disney+ takes a minute if Disney bills you directly — but the Disney Bundle and third-party billing change where the button lives. Here is the exact flow.

We independently score every service with our Experience Index. We may earn a commission if you subscribe through links on this page — it never affects our scores or picks.
If you want out of Disney+, the cancel button itself is quick. The two things to get right first are who actually bills you and whether you are on a bundle — because both change what cancelling does.
How do you cancel Disney+?
- Sign in at disneyplus.com on a browser (the mobile app routes direct subscribers to the website anyway).
- Select your profile, then open your Account page.
- Under Subscription, select your Disney+ plan.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Disney+ sends a confirmation and your plan stays active until your renewal date.
What if there is no Cancel button?
If there is no cancel option in your account, you are billed through a third party, and Disney cannot cancel for you. You manage it wherever you signed up:
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Disney+ → Cancel.
- Amazon, Roku, or a TV / cable provider: cancel the Disney+ add-on in that account.
Your Disney+ account page shows who handles your payment if you are not sure.
The Disney Bundle wrinkle
This is where people accidentally lose more than they meant to. Disney+ is frequently sold as the Disney Bundle alongside Hulu and ESPN, and how you assembled it decides what cancelling does:
- You bought the bundle as one plan. Cancelling it drops Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN together. If you only want to lose one, look for a plan-change or downgrade option rather than a full cancel.
- You added the bundle on top of an existing Hulu or ESPN subscription. Per Disney, cancelling your original standalone subscription leaves the bundle running uninterrupted — so cancel the right one.
The rule of thumb: confirm who bills the bundle and which piece you are actually cancelling before you click, so you do not lose live sports or Hulu's catalog by accident.
What does Disney+ cost in 2026 (if you come back)?
If price is the reason you are leaving, switching tiers may solve it without cancelling. Here is where the plans stand:
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Disney+ Basic (With Ads) | about $11.99/month | Ad-supported Disney+ catalog |
| Disney+ Premium (No Ads) | about $18.99/month or $189.99/year | Ad-free, with downloads |
| Disney+ & Hulu Bundle (With Ads) | from $12.99/month | Adds Hulu's full catalog |
| Disney+, Hulu & ESPN Bundle | from $35.99/month | Adds live sports via ESPN |
Dropping to the ad-supported Basic tier is the cheaper alternative to cancelling outright — you change plans on the same Account page instead of clicking Cancel.
