How to Cancel Peloton (All-Access and App Membership)
Peloton splits cancellation two ways depending on how you subscribed — through onepeloton.com or through the Apple/Google app store. Here is the exact process for each, and what happens to your billing.

Figure out which subscription you actually have
Peloton runs two different subscription products, and mixing them up is the most common reason people think they canceled but keep getting charged.
All-Access Membership (about $49.99/month) is tied to owning a Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, or Row. It's almost always purchased directly on onepeloton.com when you set up your hardware.
Peloton App membership — App One (about $15.99/month) or App+ (about $28.99/month) — is the standalone, no-hardware option. This is the one that gets purchased three different ways: on the Peloton website, through an in-app purchase on iPhone/iPad (billed by Apple), or through the Google Play Store on Android (billed by Google). Whichever store processed your payment is the only place that can cancel it.
Option 1: Cancel All-Access Membership (website)
- Go to onepeloton.com and sign in.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select My Account.
- Find My Subscription or Manage Subscription in the account sidebar.
- On the Memberships page, click Cancel Membership next to your active plan.
- Peloton will likely offer to pause or downgrade your plan first — skip past those prompts if you want a full cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation, then check that your account now shows an Expires on date instead of an active renewal date.
Option 2: Cancel Peloton App membership (website)
If you subscribed to App One or App+ directly on onepeloton.com rather than through an app store, the process is the same as above: My Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel Membership.
Option 3: Cancel Peloton App membership (iOS App Store)
If you subscribed through Apple's in-app purchase, Peloton cannot cancel it for you — the transaction lives entirely with Apple.
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Peloton.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Option 4: Cancel Peloton App membership (Google Play)
Same logic applies on Android — Google processes the billing, so Google processes the cancellation.
- Open the Google Play Store app and confirm you're signed in with the account that pays for Peloton.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Peloton.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
What happens to your billing after you cancel
Canceling — through any of the four paths above — stops the next renewal charge. It does not refund or immediately end the period you already paid for. If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing cycle, you keep access through day 30, then the subscription ends without another charge. There's no prorated refund for the unused days, so if you're canceling mid-cycle, there's no financial reason to rush it beyond making sure it's done before the next renewal date hits.
Double-check you got both subscriptions
Because All-Access and the Peloton App bill separately, it's easy to cancel one and assume you're done. If you own hardware but also kept an App+ subscription active on a second device or account, canceling All-Access alone won't stop that charge. Check your bank statement for two separate Peloton-related line items — or "Apple"/"Google Play" line items alongside a Peloton one — before you consider yourself fully canceled.
If the reason you're leaving is cost rather than the product itself, it's worth comparing what you'd actually use before you go: our breakdown of whether Peloton is worth it lays out the hardware-plus-subscription math, and Apple Fitness+ vs the Peloton App covers the cheaper app-only alternative if you want to keep a workout subscription without the price tag.
